All digital playbooks, routine blueprints, nutritional guides, curriculum materials, and AI sales coach algorithms are the proprietary intellectual property of Unithra.
- Purchasing a Digi Store product grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload to file-sharing networks, or sub-license our playbooks or coaching curriculums without prior written permission from Unithra.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Honest MRP
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items at our discretion without prior notice, provided that confirmed orders will always be honored at the price charged during checkout.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to your use of the Unithra platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
