Eligible for Buy-Back
- Unopened bottles with tamper-evident security foil intact.
- Packages damaged, leaking, or compromised during transit.
- Items that arrive expired or past their manufacturing shelf life.
- Incorrect formulation or dosage variation dispatched by mistake.
Ineligible for Return
- Bottles where the inner safety seal has been broken or altered.
- Requests submitted after 15 calendar days from recorded delivery.
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resale channels.

3. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any physical formulation order free of charge at any time prior to courier dispatch (typically within 12–24 hours of placement). If canceled before dispatch, a 100% full refund is initiated immediately with zero cancellation penalty.
4. Digi Store & Mentorship Policies
- Digi Store Playbooks: Given the irrevocable nature of instant PDF downloads, refunds on digital products are eligible in cases of accidental duplicate charges or corrupt file delivery reported within 7 days.
- Personal Development Coaching: If you need to reschedule or cancel a mentorship track before your first discovery session takes place, you will receive a 100% full refund. Once ongoing 1-on-1 calls have commenced, pro-rated refunds for uncompleted sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Entrepreneurship Cohorts & Venture Tracks: Due to capped cohort seats, withdrawal requests submitted at least 7 days before cohort kickoff receive a full refund.
